Description
The Database of Chinese Trial Cases (中國審判案例要覽), published by Renmin University of China Press in collaboration with the National Judicial College and the Renmin University Law School, provides access to selected cases from Chinese courts at all levels drawn from the China Trial Cases (中國審判案例要覽) series. The database includes guiding cases, typical cases, and gazette cases spanning three decades of judicial practice, and is one of two databases mandated by the Supreme People’s Court for similar-case research by Chinese judges.
